That must have been a wonderful experience. I’ve never had the opportunity to go diving, but it sure does seem like something to put on my bucket list! Looking forward to hearing more of your stories!

Awesome. See that is why I wanted to try it because it is a breathe taking a type of view for sure. But I might be worried about fish that would attack. Are shooting those spear guns easily managed? And how long does it take to reload if that is possible in the water?

Hi Ronnie. It is breathtaking down there for sure. The sea life tends to leave u along for the most part. If u dive a lot you will always have some incredible encounters for sure, lol. Yes, u can reload in the water. It involves placing the butt of the gun in your lower belly and folding yourself in half, lol. But u get the hang of it quick. Shooting them is fine. There is some recoil and once u understand the dynamics of how the spear travels through water u will become good at it. Most of is waiting for the fish to turn just right for u (if u are lucky, lol). Thanks much for stopping by and I hope to see u in the water soon. 🙂

That is a really enjoyable story to read. It makes me wish that I was there. If I were to ever experience diving I would choose you to partner up with a group with me and others. When you miss a shot like that do you usually find your spears? Are they on the expensive side to replace?

Wow! The pictures are terrific and the whole blog is beautiful to look at. You have an amazing way of telling a story allowing the reader to picture it all in the mind. I like the way you write!

Hi Jen. I would love to teach u to dive. That would be great fun. As far as the spears go, there is a line attached to the back of the spear which is attached to a reel on the gun, so if you miss you just reel the line in and get your spear back and they are not expensive. Thank you for your kind words too, I really appreciate it and I am glad that you enjoyed the site. Come back soon for more articles and I hope to see u in the water soon.
